About Our Foundation
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation was established February 28, 2019 in Orange County, CA and is the 501(c)3 of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Mu Epsilon Omega chapter.
How We Help
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation is the charitable arm of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter, established in 2019 to award scholarships and support community service and events in Orange County, CA.

Our purpose and aim is to provide quality solutions and financial support for issues affecting the Orange County area including: maternal health, educational advancement, and community service.

About Pearls of Excellence, Inc.
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Inc. was created and incorporated with the state of California as a nonprofit organization in February 28, 2019.
​
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Inc. provides support and programs that advance and promote educational advancement, health and wellness, and economic empowerment in the Orange County, California community.
Mission
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation is the charitable arm of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter, established in 2019 to award scholarships and support community service and events in Orange County, CA.
Goals
Provide college scholarships for graduating high school seniors and college students in good standing.

Advance the cultural and performing arts through opportunities to support performers and performances, and raise funds to continue the work of our foundation.

Raise funds to support broad community-related initiatives, such as tutoring and mentoring for youth and adults and maternal health and underserved women and children.
​
Sponsor physical, nutritional and mental health activities and forums.
